Can a tattoo be removed?
Laser removal can fade or remove most tattoos, but it takes many sessions, hurts, costs more than the tattoo did and is not always complete, especially with some colours. Choose a trained provider.
Can an old tattoo be covered up?
Often, with a bigger, darker design. Fading it with a few laser sessions first can give the artist more room. Ask a cover-up specialist for a consultation.
